Thanks to the patients and the INTENSE-TBM teams !

On 23th December 2025, as a gift for Christmas, we have completed the recruitement in INTENSE-TBM (768 participants).

This was made possible by the constant efforts of the clinical teams at the 13 clinical sites in Côte d’Ivoire, Madagascar, Uganda and South Africa, and the co-ordination teams in the 4 countries.

The participants are currently completing their 9 month follow-up and the statistical analyses will then be conducted.
